DAY 1 · MUSCAT – NAKHAL – WADI BANI AWF – JABAL SHAMS
Arrival in Muscat and departure by 4WD towards Nakhal Fort and Ain Thowara Hot Springs. Continue through Wadi Bani Awf, including Bilad Sayt and Snake Gorge, before reaching Jabal Shams and the spectacular Oman Canyon.

DAY 2 · JABAL SHAMS – AL HAMRA – MISFAT – JABAL AKHDAR
Explore the traditional villages of Al Hamra and Misfat Al Abriyeen, then continue to Birkat Al Mauz and its traditional falaj irrigation system. Reach Jabal Akhdar, known for its mountain villages, terraces and seasonal rose cultivation.

DAY 3 · NIZWA – WADI BANI KHALED – WAHIBA SANDS
Visit Wadi Bani Khaled, with its natural pools and lush surroundings, before heading into the dunes of Wahiba Sands. Enjoy a desert 4WD experience and an evening at the camp.

DAY 4 · WAHIBA SANDS – MASIRAH ISLAND
Travel towards Shanna Port and cross by ferry to Masirah Island. Discover its remote coastline, untouched beaches and peaceful natural surroundings.

A full day exploring Masirah Island and its rugged coastline. Depending on the season, the island offers opportunities for sea turtle nesting and whale watching.

Return by ferry to the mainland and continue to Al Khaluf Beach, known for its pristine coastline, golden sands and turquoise waters. Enjoy sunset by the sea and an overnight stay in a basic beach tent camp.

DAY 7 · AL KHALUF BEACH – MUSCAT
Breakfast on the beach, break camp and return to Muscat by 4WD. Afternoon at leisure to relax at the hotel.

This is an adventure-oriented private 4WD tour, with off-road sections and some long driving days.
Al Khaluf Beach is a remote and very basic overnight experience. The tented camp has no toilet facilities, so guests should be prepared for simple conditions.
Ferry crossings to Masirah Island are subject to operational and weather conditions.
Wildlife experiences are seasonal and not guaranteed. Sea turtle nesting is indicated for September–December, while whale watching opportunities are indicated for February–March.
Mountain areas can be considerably cooler than Muscat, particularly in the evening.
Comfortable and modest clothing is recommended, especially when visiting villages, mosques and cultural sites.
