Depart from Muscat and travel towards Ibra, continuing to Wadi Bani Khalid. Enjoy time to explore the wadi, known for its turquoise pools, natural waterholes and lush vegetation surrounded by the rugged Hajar Mountains.
Continue towards Wahiba Sands, entering the vast golden dunes of Oman's desert. Enjoy an exciting 4x4 dune drive before arriving at the desert camp.

DAY 2 · WAHIBA SANDS · SUR · WADI SHAB · MUSCAT
Leave the desert in the morning and continue towards the coastal town of Sur. Visit the traditional Dhow Factory, where the craftsmanship of Oman's iconic wooden boats can be discovered, followed by a stop at the Al Ayjah Lighthouse.
Continue to Wadi Shab, one of Oman's most popular natural attractions. Enjoy free time to walk, explore the dramatic mountain scenery and, where conditions permit, enjoy the natural waterholes.
