TURTLES, DESERT & FORTRESS

4 Days / 3 Nights

D A Y 1 – MUSCAT / BIMMAH / WADI SHAB / SUR

Along the coastal highway towards Sur, with a stop at Bimmah Sinkhole, a
natural crater filled with water. We then continue on to Wadi Shab, one of the
most beautiful wadis in Oman. Cut deep into the mountains, it is a fascinating
place with spectacular rock formations and natural pools. Take a hike into the
Wadi and relax by the water. Check-in at the Sur Hotel and rest. In the evening
you can observe The Turtles in a Sheltered Area on the beach. Overnight stay at
the hotel.

D A Y 2 – SUR / WADI BANI KHALED / WAHIBA

Leaving after breakfast to Wadi Bani Khaled and where you can enjoy the
greenery & the turquoise water. We then proceed to the so-called Wahiba Sands
desert. Overnight stay at the camp.

D A Y 3 – WAHIBA / IBRA / BIRKAT AL MOUZ / NIZWA

Leaving Wahiba Sands after breakfast towards the villages of Ibra, Al
Mudayrib, Manzifat. and “Birkat Al Mouz”. Arriving to Nizwa. Overnight at the
hotel.

D A Y 4 – NIZWA / BAHLA / JABRIN / MUSCAT

After breakfast visit the historic Nizwa Fort and the Souq, where traditional
handmade silver jewellery and daggers (Khanjars) are sold. A quick stop at the
huge Clay Fort in Bahla, then to Jabrin Castle, Oman’s most beautiful fort with
its intricately designed interior.. Return to Muscat.
